· Ensure full compliance with company, safety, and regulatory policies.

· Supervise and coordinate scaffolding erection and dismantling works in compliance with safety and

quality standards (BS1139 & MS1462).

· Plan daily activities, verify material readiness, and maintain organized site operations.

· Lead scaffolders and provide on-the-job guidance to ensure efficiency and safety.

· Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

· Prepare daily reports, material requests, and support documentation for progress claims.

· Maintain a safe work environment and ensure scaffolders always follow safety procedures.

· Minimum SPM or Diploma in a related field, with relevant working experience.

· Must hold a valid CIDB card and Level 1 or Level 2 Scaffolding Certification (or equivalent).

· Registration with DOSH is an added advantage.

· Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.

· Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

· Ability to read drawings, understanding work requirements, and prepare accurate reports.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and daily reporting tasks.

· Highly responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

· Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to various project sites.Twest
