About the Role
Ensure full compliance with company, safety, and regulatory policies.
Supervise and coordinate scaffolding erection and dismantling works in compliance with safety and quality standards (BS1139 & MS1462).
Plan daily activities, verify material readiness, and maintain organized site operations.
Lead scaffolders and provide on-the-job guidance to ensure efficiency and safety.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare daily reports, material requests, and support documentation for progress claims.
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure scaffolders always follow safety procedures.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma in a related field, with relevant working experience.
Must hold a valid CIDB card and Level 1 or Level 2 Scaffolding Certification (or equivalent).
Registration with DOSH is an added advantage.
Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Ability to read drawings, understanding work requirements, and prepare accurate reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and daily reporting tasks.
Highly responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to various project sites.Twest
