· Ensure full compliance with company, safety, and regulatory policies.

· Conduct inspection and tagging of scaffolding structures — issue Green Tag for safe use or Red Tag if

unsafe.

· Verify and ensure all scaffolding components meet BS1139 and MS1462 standards before approval.

· Prepare and maintain scaffolding sketches, checklists, and inspection reports.

· Supervise and provide guidance to scaffolders during erection and dismantling activities.

· Collaborate with management, safety personnel, and clients to ensure compliance with DOSH

requirements.

· Assist in conducting Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).

· Maintain a safe work environment and ensure scaffolders always follow safety procedures.

· Minimum SPM or Diploma in a related field, with relevant working experience.

· Must hold a valid CIDB card and Level 3 Scaffolding Certification (or equivalent).

· Registration with DOSH is an added advantage.

· Proven experience as a Scaffolding Inspector or similar role.

· Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

· Ability to read drawings, understanding work requirements, and prepare accurate reports.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and daily reporting tasks.

· Highly responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

· Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to various project sites.
