· Ensure full compliance with company, safety, and regulatory policies.

· Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify unsafe acts, conditions, and potential hazards.

· Assist the Safety and Health Officer/Project Manager in implementing safety measures and monitoring

site compliance.

· Lead or participate in HIRARC assessments, Safety Walkabouts, and Emergency Response Team

activities.

· Investigate and report all accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, ensuring timely corrective

actions.

· Liaise with the Safety and Health Committee to ensure all safety measures are effective and compliant

with legal standards.

· Prepare and submit daily/monthly safety reports to management and support the company’s Zero

Accident goal.

· Promote a strong safety culture through awareness, training, and consistent enforcement of safe work

practices.

· Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent relevant experience.

· Candidates with a valid DOSH Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book) or OSH Coordinator certification will

have an added advantage.

· Proven experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or similar HSE role.

· Strong understanding of safety legislation, risk assessment, and incident investigation processes.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and reporting systems.

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

· Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to various project sites.
