· Ensure full compliance with company, safety, and regulatory policies.

· Safely handle, load, and transport scaffolding materials or equipment between project sites.

· Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any faults or maintenance needs to the Project Manager

immediately.

· Maintain vehicles in good condition, ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance.

· Keep accurate and updated records of vehicle-related documents such as driving license, road tax, and

insurance, and inform management before expiry.

· Ensure materials are securely arranged and documented before transport, with valid Delivery Orders

(D.O.), Material Requisition & Return Forms (MRRF), and Gate Passes.

· Maintain proper record keeping for all material transfers, including inter-project or site storage

movements.

· Support project logistics by assisting in material handling or site delivery coordination when required.
