· Ensure full compliance with company, safety, and regulatory policies.

· Assist in loading and unloading scaffolding materials from lorries or crane trucks.

· Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to the supervisor.

· Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor, HOD, or Management.

· Maintain a safe work environment and always follow safety procedures.

· Minimum SPM or equivalent relevant experience.

· Valid CIDB Green Card required.

· Basic understanding of safety procedures and worksite communication.

· Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and elevated environments.

· Punctual, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions effectively.

· Good teamwork and communication skills.

· Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to various project sites.
