

About the Role
· Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations.
· Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and filing systems accurately.
· Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, quotations, purchase documents, and other administrative
paperwork.
· Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, clients, and external parties to ensure smooth
communication and workflow.
· Update company databases, spreadsheets, and office records while ensuring data accuracy and
confidentiality.
· Support procurement, purchasing, tender, collection, and project administration activities as assigned.
· Monitor document status, deadlines, and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
· Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Head of Department or Management.
Requirements
· Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience is an added advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
· Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
· Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
· Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to various project sites.
